pasari voi pasari / feathers you feathers

păsări voi păsări
în largul mărilor
cu vîntul în piept.
deasupra genune
dedesubt genune
la mijloc drum drept.

trupul încordat
se încheagă-n zbor
parcă din senin.
zbaterea aripilor
ține zarea viului
săgetînd-o-n plin.

păsări voi păsări
timpul ce ne leagă
prin inimi ne trece.
deasupra genune
dedesubt genune
albastră și rece.

on the high seas
penetrating the wind.
above nothingness
below nothingness
in the middle road winged.

the body strenuous
curdles in the flight
as if out of the blue.
the flapping wings’ fight
holds the living’s sky
fully darting through.

feathers you feathers
the time that us binds
through our hearts shall pass.
above nothingness
below nothingness
blue and cold canvass.
