Wrapped up against the chill.<\/p>\n<p>Suddenly, something changed. Quietly. Unnoticed.<br \/>A change of wind direction perhaps or<br \/>A drop in temperature as dusk descended,<br \/>but nature chose that moment to interrupt, to inspire.<\/p>\n<p>For 3 whole minutes, the trees rained down their leaves<br \/>in a multi coloured cascade of splendour<br \/>Pedestrians stopped, looked up and marvelled at the show.<br \/>They talked to each other, smiled,<br \/>enjoyed 3 minutes that rivalled the Borealis,<br \/>starling clouds or bluebell woods,<br \/>and left each other as friends, with a warm feeling<br \/>on a cold Autumn day in Glasgow.<\/p>\n<p>I thought of my friend in ward 8<br \/>Bright and sharp.
