Magic<\/strong><\/p>\n

Innocent are they who cause no harm,<\/p>\n

Nor seek to bind with artifice or charm,<\/p>\n

But loving all of life in pure delight,<\/p>\n

Play free in day and sleep in peace at night.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Magic is the breeze of summer air;<\/p>\n

that ocean, field, and summit all caress,<\/p>\n

that bears the hawk and eagle high in flight,<\/p>\n

while butterfly and flower are gently kissed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Grace to all that live and wander free,<\/p>\n

Trusting the heart to take them where it will,<\/p>\n

they leave their bodies open to the light<\/p>\n

to drink of love until their hearts are filled,<\/p>\n

then pass like beauty flowing in the wind.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

More than mortal thought can bind in lines,<\/p>\n

the light that makes them sighted that are blind,<\/p>\n

sacred is life in songs that poets bring,<\/p>\n

in words that light our tongues with spirit fire.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I knowing this though fearful will attend,<\/p>\n

to bless will blessing gain to bless again<\/p>\n

to give and want no more than this dark hill<\/p>\n

a heart to love, a quiet place to dwell.<\/p>\n
